  I dropped off a bedspread 8 weeks ago. The owner said they would look at it and let me know if they could alter it sometime during the week. I did not hear from her, so I called the following week, and was told they start work on it the following week. As I understand that this doesn't get done overnight, therefore, I waited about 6 weeks to contact them again. They informed me I that unfortunately "other" things had come up, but assured me that they would start it the following week. (This would now be week #8)....I again waited to be updated, but again, the week went by and no updates. I called at the start of the 9th week and was given the same update. I was so frustrated that I decided to pick up the work. When I arrived, the owner proceeded to defend her failure to do the work promised, by arguing the point that they can't just produce work overnight???? I was aggravated to the max. The failure here, was not how long it takes to do a job....it is "communication" and the ultimate "If you set the expectation, as a responsible business owner, you should deliver"!!!!! They kept putting me off, by telling me they would start on it, when in fact, they had no intention of doing it! I pull never recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest, dependable job!
